    Ordered replacement tubing for the excellent ResMed S9 from EzyCPAP and received a quality manufacturers replacement from them in three days. Great service.

25. Tube is fine, H5i humidifiers are badly engineered and break down regularly

    The spring pins that connect the H5i to this tube do not stay operational for long. They stick and give an error message concerning faulty tubing. INherent fault which Resmed (much to their shame) deny when you contact them. Buy another brand.
    (I had always used Resmed but will change brands for my next machine.)
