Please note that you must provide a prescription or letter from a physician to purchase a CPAP machine. Also, a face-to-face consultation is required before we can supply some CPAP machines. If you live in the Melbourne metropolitan area, we offer a mobile service.
We have two shipping options for you to choose from:
Regular Australia Post parcel delivery
- FREE for orders over $100
- $4.95 for orders under $100
- Between 1 and 5 working day delivery time depending on proximity to Melbourne. See Australia Post for more information on delivery times.
Express Australia Post parcel delivery
- $10.90 flat rate for all packages
- Next business day delivery within Australia Post’s Express Post Network. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery.
Orders placed prior to 4pm are dispatched on the next working day.
If anything you order from us is faulty or is not as described, we will gladly replace or exchange the item or provide you with a refund. You must email us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please include you name and address, invoice number, details of the item you wish to return and why you are returning it. We will issue you with a return authorisation number and options for returning the goods to us.
