Returns Policy

If anything you order from us is faulty or is not as described, we will gladly replace or exchange the item or provide you with a refund. You must email us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please include your name and address, invoice number, details of the item you wish to return and why you are returning it. We will issue you with a return authorisation number and options for returning the goods to us.

Faulty products carry the full manufacturer’s warranty and as such will be replaced or repaired as per the manufacturer’s policy. If you change your mind, returned products carry a 15% re-stocking fee if complete, unopened and in original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health regulations.

Some manufacturers have 14–30-day return options. Please ask us before you purchase if it applies to your products. Return shipping cost to EZYCPAP is paid by the customer. Any products with a warranty issue need to be returned to EZYCPAP at the customer’s expense.

Equipment is sent through Australia Post and is bound by their delivery time frame and terms. All products are sent with a tracking number.

Machines do not include insurance in shipping, but we are happy to price it and add it on if you require.

Please take care when ordering, as we do not exchange or provide a refund if you simply change your mind or order incorrectly.
